TRECAI offers optional AI-assisted features such as lead scoring, drafting, deal summaries, and document extraction. When you use these features, relevant workspace data may be processed to generate outputs for your brokerage.

Customer workspace data is not used to train public or third-party foundation models for general purposes outside delivering the Service to your organization, unless you separately agree to such use in writing.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers — hosting, email, payments, analytics, and security vendors that help us operate the Service under contractual confidentiality obligations
• Your organization — other authorized users within your brokerage workspace according to permissions you configure
• Integrations you enable — third-party tools you connect, subject to their own privacy practices

We retain information for as long as your account or brokerage workspace is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements.
