How does onboarding work?

Run the onboarding wizard to register, verify email, set branding, confirm your plan, and complete checkout. A platform admin approves your workspace before go-live.

What is the difference between the two plans?

Individual is a single-seat plan for solo agents and brokers. Brokerage Platform includes multiple team seats — every active member beyond the included seats is billed at the per-seat rate shown above.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Choose monthly or yearly at checkout. Contact support@trecai.com if you need to change billing cadence after signup.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Customer workspace data is processed only to deliver TRECAI features to your organization — not to train public foundation models.
